Director: Anna Mastro

Hailing from Seattle, Washington, Anna Mastro moved to Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Washington at age 19. She began her career working at Wonderland Sound and Vision, first, assisting McG on CHARLIE’S ANGELS: FULL THROTTLE and The O.C., then later moved on to produce such projects like the Charlie’s Angels World Series commercials, Touchstone’s STAY ALIVE and The Dan Band: I am Woman for Bravo, directed by McG and produced by Steven Spielberg. She also co-created and produced the CW’s highest rated Reality Shows to date, The Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For the Next Doll and The Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.

She began her directing career with award winning music videos for artists such as Leona Lewis, Rock Mafia, Train, Alex Band, Carbon Leaf, Stellastarr*, The Exies, The Dan Band, Matt Goss, and The Pussycat Dolls. In addition to commercials for Alfred Angelo, Caesar’s Palace Las Vegas, Nascar, Outward Bound (for which she received a Telly Award), Mastercard, and The Warped Tour. Celebrities such as Katy Perry, Cee-Lo Green, Macy Gray, Christina Applegate, Lil’Kim, and Kevin Pollak have been featured in Anna’s work.

Mastro is also an acclaimed photographer, featured in Game Informer, TIME and National Geographic Adventure. In 2009 her Short film “Matter”, starring Amanda Righetti, won Awards for Best Short Film and Best Actress at the New York Independent International Film and Video Festival.
